EU ONLY:

Return rules

  • 14-day withdrawal window starting from delivery of the last item -

  • Refund timing — EU directive requires refunds within 14 days of the cancellation request
  • Return shipping responsibility — the Customer pays for the return shipping
  • Refund of original outbound shipping — standard shipping costs must be refunded
  • Exemptions — ridden skateboards and stickers that have been used cannot be returned

OUTSIDE THE EU:

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES UNLESS DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please contact us by email at: dirtymuckerskateboards@gmail.com

Please keep in mind there may be minor imperfections in the manufactured boards or in the graphics.  We look over all merchandise for damage prior to shipping.

Shipping on Refunds will be the Customer's responsibility, if this is decided.

CANCELLATIONS:

Once an order has been fulfilled, we will not be able to cancel the order.
